The Curse of the Chicken Pox!

I have been looking forward to these next few days for a long time, we were going to have a field trip at our school, we were going to a all day long mission conference (were the kids were going to have there own service) and we were going to my best friend's church. But now me and my sisters have to miss out on all of that because of this terrible chicken pox!

I have little, annoying, itching bumps everywhere! In my ears, in-between my fingers, even up my nose!!!

AAAAAAAAUUUUUGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!

My parents are really stressed out over the price of medicines. We have to take it FIVE times a day for FOUR days!!!!! And when you have to buy it for four girls, and the syrup costs 22 euros per bottle, well, you have a reason to be stressed out.

PLEASE PRAY FOR ME AND MY FAMILY!!!!

  3. Oh girl, I am so sorry you had to suffer through those horrid chicken pox! I can only imagine how thankful you are to be better now. Sometimes God´s timing isn´t our own. Our Michael askes often why everything seems to happen to him. He seems to be the one that gets very sick often. I tell him it´s because the Lord wants to keep him closer to Himself.

well, We sure had wanted to come out to see you all this summer but so far our schedule is not letting up. I started taking care of a little 4 month old baby girl. Her Mommy just started coming to our church a few months ago. We maybe we can meet some day half way. ;) At anyrate, know you are in our hearts and prayers.

    Love ya,
    Mrs. Dani

  4. Hey Brookie, I love your blog. I just got back from a 10 day mission trip to Kansas Ciy, Missouri. We were building a Chapel for the Baptist Seminary. It was really hot. I can't wait till August to come and see everyone. Tell everyone Papaw sends hugs and kisses.

    Love you,
    Papaw
